1) About the Company
 Candidates should do research on the company background before their interview. The important facts to look up before the interview are the company portfolio, subsidiaries and company top management. The more research you conduct, the more you will understand about your potential employer and the better you will be able to answer interview questions. Information sources include the organization website and other published material and your network of contacts.
 2) Dress for the interview
 Plan out the dress to wear a day before the interview. Better to overdress than underdress. For male, a full suit with tie is recommended while ladies should opt for either baju kurung or office attire. Try not to wear revealing clothes!
 3) Arrive early for interview
 Be punctual for your interview. The best is to be there 15 minutes early prior to your interview to allow time to calm yourself. The day before the interview, pack up extra copies of your resume or CV. Finally, remember to pack several pens and a pad of paper to jot notes. Finally, as you get to the offices, shut off your cell phone.
4) Confidence during interview
 Send a positive message using your body language. Shake hands firmly, but only if a hand is offered to you first. Always maintain eye contact and listen carefully. Welcome all questions even the difficult ones, with a smile. Give honest, direct answers. Develop answers in your head before you respond. If you do not understand a question, ask the interview to either repeat or clarify the questions for you. You don't have to rush to answer questions thrown to you, but you don't want to appear indecisive.
 5) End the interview with a good impression.
 A positive end to the interview is another way to ensure your success. Be courteous and allow the interview to end on time. Restate any strengths and experiences that you might not have emphasized earlier. Mention a particular accomplishment or activity that fits the job. Find out if there will be additional interviews. Indicate a time when you may contact the employer to learn of the decision. Don't forget to send a thank-you note or letter after the interview.
